FAQs
What can I put in the bags?
You can put anything in our bags that you can put in a steel dumpster - rocks, stone, wood, shingles, dirt, branches, leaves, yard waste, furniture, household junk, mattresses and box springs, small appliances, small electronics, stumps, drywall, concrete, asphalt, construction debris, and more.
What can't I put in the bags?
Food waste, hazardous materials, refrigerators, tires, hot water tanks, paint and lacquers, batteries, adhesives, medical waste, household cleaners, contaminated soil, oil, fuel, propane tanks, ink & resins, railroad ties, asbestos, industrial drums.
How long can I keep the bag?
Take as much time as you need. With steel dumpsters, you typically only get 7 to 14 days before you start incurring daily fees of $15 to $25 per day. With DumpsterBags, you have unlimited time with our 3 yard bag, and with our larger bags, you get a full month free, and then it's only $25 per month (not per day!).
Will sharp objects tear the bag?
No. A sharp object may puncture a small hole in the bag, but the hole will not "run." The bag is woven with strong cross directional materials which keep the bag from tearing, even when lifting thousands of pounds.
Where can I put my bag?
Most people put the bags in their driveway, but you can put it anywhere as long we can back our truck up to it. We'll need 15 feet of overhead clearance.
